Thank you for using the Linde PPA app of Linde Engineering APAC Co., Ltd. We attach great importance to the protection of private data and the cooperation of both parties. Protecting your privacy is important to us. Therefore, it goes without saying that we comply with the legal regulations on data protection. Our employees will keep all information confidential and receive regular training in data protection and data security. Below we briefly explain how we protect your data and what data protection means to you when you use our Apps and Services.


Personal Information

Personal information is used to identify you, including information such as your name, email address or mobile phone number. In addition to your access data, we only store personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us, e.g. as part of registrations, surveys, contact inquiries. Furthermore, personal data is only used as necessary and only for purposes permitted by law and with your consent. In order to ensure the safe transmission of your data, Linde China uses encryption procedures in the security field. This means that communications between your mobile device and our system servers cannot be read by others over the internet. All data is stored exclusively on specially protected servers. Using this App is deemed to agree to Linde China and its partners to store and use your data.


Device Information

In order to adapt products and services to devices and provide security services, when you use products or services, the App will collect the IMSI, MAC address, IMEI, Android_ID, SIM serial number, and device serial number of your mobile device through the SDK , OAID, sensor information and mobile phone external storage information. This information is collected to ensure your normal use of our products and services, and to improve and optimize our product experience.


Message Push SDK

Purpose of use: Provide a safe and stable push service module to achieve real-time and stable message push capabilities. Message push can be turned off in notification management. By self-starting the service, the accessibility of message push can be improved.

Scenario description: Obtain device identification information, create and push messages based on the identification information

Types of device information collected: IMSI, MAC address, IMEI, Android_ID, SIM serial number, device serial number, OAID, sensor information, mobile phone external storage information and installed App information


Other Information Collected with Your Consent

In order to provide you with more convenient, better, and personalized products or services, some specific functions in this app may require you to provide specific sensitive personal information for implementation. If you choose not to provide such information, you may not be able to use the corresponding function normally, but it will not affect your use of other functions in the service. These functions include:
• Camera permission, which provides you with the camera function required in some business scenarios of the system
• Storage permissions, to complete the application functions for you to access and upload pictures based on the album (picture library)
• Geographic location permission: When you turn on the device location function and use related products or services, we may use GPS or other technical means to collect and process information about your actual location to improve your user experience in certain business scenarios

You understand and agree that the above application functions may require you to enable us to access your camera, photo album (picture library), and geographic location in your device to realize the collection and use of information involved in these functions . Please note that before collecting sensitive personal information, we will obtain your consent through a pop-up window or similar prominent means. If you voluntarily provide your sensitive personal information, you agree that we will process your sensitive personal information according to the purpose and method described in this policy.


Sending Personal Data to Third Parties

Certain services provided by Linde China are carried out in cooperation with selected partners. These partners also have to abide by the same strict legal regulations and integrate Linde China's data protection philosophy. Personal data may only be transmitted to third parties in individual cases with your consent. Further information, Linde China will not send to third parties. Only within the scope of legal and judicial responsibility, Linde China will send personal data to relevant state agencies and management agencies.


Revoke Authorization

If you request Linde China or your representative to modify, stop using or delete your personal data in writing, we will do so immediately. If you are a registered user, we will also give you the opportunity to review your personal data and make necessary deletions or changes.


Restriction

Linde China reserves the right to change these data protection guidelines at any time in order to comply with the requirements of the relevant data protection laws.
